THIS SUV...

...did all that for my family. 0-100 km/h in 30 seconds thanks to its 99-hp 2.5-l turbodiesel (which dated back to 1986). 1996 Mitsubishi Pajero 2500 Intercooler Turbo. The slowest car I've ever driven - and one of the most fun cars at that. It might have been slow, but it was extremely fun to drive, was superb offroad and had decent fuel economy and range. God I miss this baby...

Hey, I love German cars, but my favorite SUV is Japanese!
I agree with his 100%

Yea Flexray is a must on the X5. I personally think that they should have made this standard. But it makes it a totally different car.

I'm not sure how the options work in the EU. I'm only speaking of US cars.

What about this:
Adaptive Drive: includes Active Roll Stabilization and Electronic Dampening Control

I read a review about X5 and they said the X5 was more comfy with the extra option Adaptive Drive than a X5 without it.
I wonder if the X5 in this test were tested with this.

Re: Autobild: Audi Q7 vs BMW X5 vs Porsche Cayenne

I know you guys would kill me for this post, but i would take a Volvo XC90 over the three germans anyday!

It a well balanced car, kinda driver oriented and more made for comfortable cruises and some off-road activity, that racing around a track. I think that this is one of the very few SUVs in the market, that has cought the meaning of this segment.
It can be taken of road, and it's comfortable, while adding to your profile as a fashion equipment!

That's why we have one in the family

My family used to own a Pajero and we all loved it. Slowest car we've ever owned, but one of the most fun and charming vehicles at the same time. Miss her...

If you want a super fast SUV none of these would flip the bill anyway. If performance is what your after you'd most be buying the much more exspensive models, so it's obvious why the Q7 won this comparison.

Re: Autobild: Audi Q7 vs BMW X5 vs Porsche Cayenne

new X5 is one of the safest SUVs on the market. So X5 not an unsafe car. So tell me, how is the X5 an unsafe car?
