During my time with the E350 "Estate" I discovered I don't like the climate controls at all. They're simple enough, but they irked me for some reason.

Want to know something funny? I could never figure out the climate controls on my W126 300SE. Thankfully the A/C doesn't work so there's no need to fool around with them. But even when it was working, I could never figure it out. Instruction manual, what's that?

I hoped they would have done more changes in the interior with the E-Class facelift. New steering wheel doesn't change the fact that the interior design is starting to look dated. The nav-screen placement is a small but still a disadvantage compared to the competitors.
BMW could have also made more changes to the interior with the 5er fl. IMO A6 has the best looking interior in this segment.

I own a 5er that looks inside just like i wanted, but i agree with you -A6's interior is the best in segment!
