Actually I might next time. I drove the Scirrocco a few weeks ago and I fell in love. So either a Scriocco or a used Z4 Coupé (previous Z4 model) for my next car.

I love the Scirocco, but I'd kill for an E85(designation?) Z4 Coupe.

I trust you were suitably impressed with how responsive and dynamic the Scirocco's handling was for a FWD car? I can't wait to drive it - with that active suspension...

The car I drove had adjustable suspension, engine 1.4 liters turbo/supercharger. Traction was very good and the exterior is lovely and I like the engine sound.
Throttle response and steering not good as my babybimmer.

It all depends on my family situation what my next car is.

I was in Mühldorf a few days ago and saw the new Golf twice. But on both occasions I was driving in fluidic city traffic and couldn't photograph those babies. They look really awesome though.

For people buying down a segment there can be no better hatch to buy than the new Golf.
Thing is, this makes the Mk5 pretty good value. Considering the improvements to the Mk6 are stuff someone can live without - under the skin, both cars are very similar. On top of that, the Mk6 product cycle is going to be outstandingly short.

Why is that? The Mk6 is supposed to be a new product so it should have a full life circle of ~7 years with a facelift!
