| I have no idea what happned here, but if it is some trademark violation, it won't be the first time. Porsche had sued and shutdown many website. Google "Porsche trademark lawsuit". |

| They changed their name from bm3w.co.uk to m-torque to satisfy copyright infringement. Everytime anybody wrote BMW it would add the 'registered trademark' symbol after it in order to satsify BMW. Nobody was on there to slag BMW off. It was frequented by mainly BMW enthusiasts. In fact, it was no different to this forum really. It was not a commercial enterprise and survived on donations. The guy who ran it started it out as a hobby, but when the lawyers started being foreceful it ceased being fun any more. As for the GT3 RS. Just got back from the test drive. In a word. Awesome. In a few words. Surprisingly easy to drive. I have put a deposit down for it and it now has a 'Sold' sign on it. However. My residency situation is a bit unusual. I live, work and earn my salary in the Netherlands. The paperwork is still to be finalised with a few things which I won't go into, but it is made complicated by my situation. I'd say at the moment the chances of it going through successfully are 50%. Which is better than this morning when I'd say they were 10%. If it fails then I will get my deposit refunded. My M3 is going nowhere whatever happens, so I've still got a great car at the end of the day. Some pics from this morning.

| Awesome car!!  But I think if your going to be using it everyday, I'd suggest you went for the Turbo! It's a bit more everyday friendly

| Reminds me of when Porsche had a piss on Dieselstation. It's things like these that make me become more politically active. Corporate and governmental control over the internet is just increasing, it needs to stop!
