The owner definitely forked out the custom plate fee (€1,000) for that one. Normal plates are three letters and three numbers, and since they got a lot of complaints, AKE (the DMV equivalent) no longer issue plates which say "GAY" or "SEX" or something like that unless someone specifically wants it and is willing to pay.

FYI You cant sell plates in sweden. Every plate is attached to a certain car ..
So when you sell the car the plates are included..
