Here is the morale of the story:
If you have a Stradale, you shouldn't have a kid... If you have a kid, you'd better not have a Stradale...if you have both, it's very likely at least one will be troubled...

Now the car is in massive trouble and the kid will also be in massive trouble. He was speeding and the police is onto him now, after his dad is finished off with him.

Not sure how much damage did the aluminium spaceframe took during the crash, these sort of repair can't be done by a normal repair shop and it is very difficult to fix. It is better for his dad to order the F430 Scuderia if he hasn't done it already.

Yeah, but that care will only last until the father wakes up the next day and realize that his car is...........gone. That's when hell brakes loose. I can imagine them sitting at breakfast table and the father going "WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!!"
Since the engine and gearbox probably sustained no or very little damage the car is obviously repairable but to a very uneconomic amount .
I bet it can be repaired, but with such a crash on such a car... I think the magic of the car will be broken. Can't recover at 100% from such a crash, where the very delicate structure of the chassis was wrecked like that. It's not a Corolla...
Son: Dad I crashed the F360
Dad: Are you ok?
Son: Yes
Dad: Good, how bad is the car
Son: Bad
Dad: But you are ok?
Son: Yes
Dad: Good now I can beat you within an inch of your life when you get home
