Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera Production Has Ended

The Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera is no more. The last examples of this lightweight model have been built and sent to dealers, so if you're looking to pick one up you'd better run to your local Lambo store.
In its short production run, 172 Superleggeras were sent to the U.S. But what color were they, you ask? Here's the breakdown: 46 were painted orange, 45 yellow, 37 black, 34 gray, and 10 white.

Re: Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera Production Has Ended

That was a quick one. didn't expect the model to be so limited. On the other hand we can look forward to the LP560-4 Superleggera which should see day light in 2 years or so.

Re: Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera Production Has Ended

Excellent Information Bartek

aaaah.. I have seen one orange and 1 white..
I'd must say I'd take the white one in a heartbeat!
I am very thankful Lamborghini still are producing exclusive cars in small numbers cause that makes them eaven more exotic..

If you ask where I saw them it was few days ago..
this was the place (image below)..

you can see one of them in the back..
The white one was of course inside where photography was forbidden...
but my gosh

but who cares for a girl whos superlight ?
Ther's a new LP560-4 Spyder comming.. a heavy little thingy
I will place an order when launched

Re: Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera Production Has Ended

I'm willing to bet my bottom dollar that the next Superleggera - or whatever it's called next (LP560-2?) - will be rear wheel drive only with better carbon ceramic brakes.

Re: Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera Production Has Ended

Yep, I'd agree. They didn't stick that "4" on the end of the new model for nothing. There is definitely going to be some sort of RWD Gallardo in the future.
