So far it looks VERY VERY dissapointing.

It has no class, presence, elegance...NOTHING that a benz should have. I see it appealing only to the American market.

I think it will sell very well anywhere - it's not only Americans who like SUVs - this thing will be an international success - and mark my words, a few months after it is on the market many of it's current detractors will be in love with it.

But right now, things are not looking good, and I am not impressed. Ahh well it's only one picture so far.

The interior needs to be a step up from the M and R. More in line with the S.

I wish they'd refined the rugged Galdewagen concept instead of creating a desperate houswives favorite ride.The current G class is very spot on in almost every area apart from the awful windshield that gives off too much glare in the sun inside.

I agree, this would be a little early for the launch of the new GL.

the GL obviously looks better than the pilot, but you can't help but ponder the similarities.
