People do still buy the G, but many buyers are not the market for which it was originally intended. - DCX say in their press release, that the popularity of the G class today lies mostly in it's appearance - I'm sorry but this goes against everything Mercedes is supposed to stand for - I guess I'm just too much of a traditional Mercedes Fan.
