Man what do you mean with that team boss stuff? If we talk about the real team boss, Mr. Frank W., Ron Dennis, Flavio Briatore are the real team bosses afaic...

What i don't understand is why would you propose two rookies that still need to crawl a lot to be at least considered as a team boss? Not even to mention that both of them are still "too green" for such stuff...

About your last question, honestly, no idea... Never thought about that. In any case, any of current team bosses has more negative than postive "things" about himself, so i really couldn't pick any of them...

Regardless of how much i hate that i-wish-i-was-a-little-bit-taller-and-slimmer pig Jean Todt, i think he's the one that did the best job as a team boss so far...

I choose the one that's unfortunately no longer present in F1: Juan Pablo Montoya!

Why is the next question, right? Well, both of his team bosses RD and FW admitted that they never saw a driver that works so hard on himself, with his team and engineers, on his car, etc...

Work hard and you'll become a boss! Simple as that!

But he was so inconstant, as opposed to Kimi and Alonso, and never fitted in neither at Williams or McLaren.

Montoya, as much as I like him, would be an almost suicidal move.

He fitted in Williams more than you think, man..

For McLaren i agree, that was his biggest mistake - a move from Williams to McLaren!
