KERS is a button on the steering wheel. It's all electronic, no need for a lever.

This lever has to be the front wing lever, they can adjust its angle during the race (only few times however).

I just dont understand why the Spanish always seem to pride themselves on provoking some kind of racial slur. It is un acceptable, especially in this day and age.

lol, no it was not sarcasm. But I have no idea how KERS is activated either, but I also don't put it beyond FAA to have some stupid regulation saying it needs to be activated by a lever made from recycled bamboo to make it apparently more green.

LOL. No man, as dumb as the FIA is, the KERS system is fully electronic. No lever or anything involved. Activated by a button on the steering wheel, it's been mentioned quite a few times in the races since the beginning of the season.
