Here we are hearing Takuma Sato could possibly take his seat.

Definitely. Max Moseley should resign because he pushed for the introduction of KERS into Formula 1. It hasn't worked and he should go. The KERS have post the teams hundreds of millions of dollars to design and engineer and most teams have binned it. KERS could not have come at a worse time.

Seriously, I can't see why Bernie and Max refuse to step down now. Bernie is pushing 80 years old and Max is in his 60's. The legacy they will leave behind is one not dissimilar to the one left behind by Stalin and Lenin. They will not be remembered for improving and professionalising Formula 1 to Olympic standards. Rather, they will be forever remembered and hated for the grubby political games they played to advance their agenda.

I wonder where Max gets his fix these days.........................his dignity was not stolen from him by the News of the World publishing pictures and videos of his sick sexual exploits. He lost his dignity long ago because of his other deeds.

on the other hand formula 1 got more exciting
making teams go back to zero again was a good move.
i'm not questioning past steps, i'm only questioning KERS
KERS could be a good idea, but not if only a handfull of cars carry it

KERS is excellent but isn't a priority now when the teams are focusing on getting their cars up to scratch with Brawn's. The technology will get its spot light next year, it's an excellent idea.

Brawn is not the issue, as demonstrated by Vettel and the Red Bull squad. While all the other companies are complaining like spoiled little kids, real designers like Newey (spelling) are actually making good cars.

KERS is a good idea. But the technologies being developed and used in F1 have nearly zero application to roadcars. The cost of engineering the KERS into the car has proved immensely difficult and expensive for all teams.
