Re: F1 2008-2009 Winter Testing

Perhaps the testing cars used today are just prototypes while the real cars will come in a sexier form. At least I hope so because so far they look as hot as a kit car made in someone's garage.

Re: F1 2008-2009 Winter Testing

They won't change too much, if at all, as there are a lot lot more restrictions to the bodywork then before, and even more will come in 2010.

Without really fat rear slicks and a wide track they'll just look like crap.

True. The framework of regulation isn't large enough for the teams to develop something that remotely resembles the beauty you posted.

so, i'm willing to take the risk, no matter how the car looks like.
Well, I thought Singapore was fun. Ferrari put on a good show

If it wasn't for Piquet's crash, Singapore would have been just like Valencia where the pitlane offered more entertainment than the track itself. Courtesy of Ferrari off course.

Well I thought the BMW was the worst looking car because of all it's winglets, maybe BMW is just trying for the ugly car again next year. If they can't win, at least they can be ugly
