So we had a good laugh when Honda introduce those hideous front dumbo wings/flaps/fungus, now Mclaren is doing the same, so it might be more useful than it looks.

yeah seems like the honda nose but somehow it looks bit better on the mclaren maybe its the silver so you dont notics it somuch well if it works then its good lets hope it helps macaa mantain its good recent form and be faster then the rest

The cars are getting ridiculously ugly with all these aero contraptions sticking out. Hope Max cracks his whip, heard he is good with them.

It's not completely the same as the wings Honda uses nor is it the same wings BMW uses, it's more like a combination of both wing types...

That is like us doing assignments at uni, we combine other people's work so it looks similar but different. Btw one of my lecturer recently left our uni to work for Mclaren as an aerodynamic analyst, he has a reputation for being a bit lazy so I guess he has something to do with this new flap.

The BMW is one hell of inspiration to other cars, pretty much everything of its aero innovations have been picked up by all the other teams.

that actually looks a bit more like BMW's front nose thing, rather than Honda's.
