I didn't know that they are solar panels, very handy for charing up a hybrid car on the go, or while the car is parked. Sadly solar panels are very expensive and I'll be damned if they make it to production.

I have a feeling they are, my only concern is that this car will come in over budget, resulting in a 100K price instead of 80K. Then again for the truly wealthy 20K is a mere detail. I really want this car to come out and be a success and I want it to be offered with other (real) engines from either BMW or Mercedes.

You can say that again. The Litago CS which is heavily based on the M6 cost 197k which is close to twice as much as an M6. So I'd take the 80k price for this drop dead gorgeous sedan, with a big bucket of salt. Those with high hopes will end up disappointed when they see the production version, which will cost minimum 100k and most likely be delayed to summer 2010.

No. Calling it a copy would be too much, but saying that it takes it's "inspiration" from the concept CS would be too little. I'd say it's somewhere in between.

Frisker isn't a man who needs to take inspiration from anyone. Further more I fail to see any similarities between the CS and Karma. Both cars have different proportions and have nothing incommon with each other or any other four door coupe like the CLS. Besides that the Karma design was maybe even finalised before he even saw the CS.
