Wow! I'm really impressed by the interior, looks much better than I expected! Quality looks excellent!
The car really shares the new family-look with the C-Class. Double fogs aren't very good-looking but fortunately you can get the LED-strips instead.

I'm surprised to see a manual transmission as well, although it's only available with the 4-cylinder engines.

So Marcus, do you still think it wasn't the real W212 in the Auto Zeitung pictures?

Very clean design, without stupid and exaggerated lines;very classy and elegant, in the true Mercedes-Benz style. The AVANTGARDE trim best suits the car. I think that the double fogs aren't as bad as I first thought they would be. Still, I can't say that the rims for the AMG Sportpaket are suitable for what this trim is all about: others that display a more sporty look(see those for the C, SL, CLS AMG Sportpaket versions) would be desirable. Hope that there will be new and interesting rims, because so far we have only seen borrowed-from-other-Mercs ones, and that is really annoying for a completely new car. And, what a shame they aren't offering, beginning with the launch of the car, an updated version of the engine for the E 500;hope 428 BHP or 435 BHP will come to reality one day.

Interior is cool, but I was waiting for something even better! Imo, C-Class has a more practical interior!

I don't mind the double fogs. Its the LED strip that I don't like - it looks really last minute and unimaginative.

Other than that, I really like what I'm seeing, especially the interior. Seems like most people are pleased with going back to 80s/90s style interiors

Front and interior are very nice.
The side profile and back could be better - the trunk looks too long and "Korean"
Also, wheels look too small. 18inch wheels may be just acceptable regarding the proportions of the car.
I think AMG Pack is a must, otherwise it looks awkward.
