![]() | The E state always had this weird treatment for the D pillar , the roof looks over sized and totally out of proportion. Forgot to add: Gimme the Panamera over this anyday ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() | I don't think that MB makes the most beautiful wagons on earth but they seem to keep functionality and key factors in mind when designing them. I think that MB wagon buyers/fans(like me) are very loyal to the brand itself and expect the product to meet their needs. Otherwise you might as well buy the sedan right? I saw an A4 wagon in person the other day with 19 inch wheels in a deep grey color and I almost went into cardiac arrest because it was so beautiful. But it seems to be designed with different goals than the typical Merc wagon. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Truthfully Mercedes hasn't made a truly good looking E-Class wagon since the W124 model. That one was perfect. The W210 was just plain ugly, very Toyota Camry wagon (of that time) looking. The W211 looked much better and is a good looking car, but can't touch Audi's and BMW's A6 and 5 wagons for overall proportions. Still though the Benzes have always been bigger so I guess there is a price to be paid in styling. This W212 wagon looks huge and ungainly again...like the W210 and the rear bumper is just too big. M
