^i dont expect that combo on a E class..its to sporty..
i think the avantgarde version will have black wood instead of aluminium..
wich also should look stunning

The problem is not the aluminuim, it´s the square desing of this interior waht bothers me. Dony know what merc do you own, but i think my E Class has a far better desing. Why do the put the gear selector behind the steering wheel? whoy do they make the central console so square? ahhh, so many thinks i dont like of this new E Class.

To say something good i will say taht the quallity seems to be excellent, like in all mercs.

back when they did those curvy interiors some ppl hated them as well

Do and Don't like it. Has a slight E60 5 Series look to it aswell as many previous generation Mercedes of the past. I'm still not sold on Mercedes New design theme for interiors. What was wrong with what they did to the new S and CL. Why the change to black and boxy???

Honestly, this interior belongs to the 1990's. Maybe Mercedes is trying hard to recapture the essence of the much loved W124. But this interior looks dated even before the car is unveiled.........................

I must say, I liked the W124 and W211 interiors way more...
