Did you notice the scratch on the coverture above the glovebox? Seems here just to show everybody that there is enough wood in the car...

Looks like Merc has heard all of those who complained about the lack of wood in the new C-class!!!

Interior looks interesting, but hard to see it in the whole... Can't make my mind with so much covertures making it look like a carpet store...

Wood panels are dead important in a luxury car like a Benz, or else I might as well buy a VW with a big ass engine. The interior of the new E-class better have more wood than Noah's Ark or else I'll be disappointed.

I couldn't care less but since you bought it up; There are too many fanboys here, with such behavior as displayed by Eni(a mod mind you) really shows you the quality of some of our members. Sorry, I'm not one of 1-D fanboys here, and happen to have a love for all cars German . Maybe I should try becoming some pompous fanboy that thinks he knows everything there is to know about his and brand and his cars.... maybe people around here would like me just that much more!?!?!?!

Lower models probably have a stick shift in the usual spot. Higher end models, which are A/T only, probably have a column shift. That's what I am feeling right now.
