Re: Rolls Royce Drophead convertible

I like the wood as the convertible cover, very original idea and well done to say the least.

Rohini is on a distinguished road
Re: Rolls Royce Drophead convertible

I like the wood also but if this car is going to be a drivers car like someone said earlier they need to update the dash.

And after looking at the pictures some more it looks like the rear is actually pretty roomy at least compared to other drop tops.

The wood is quite unique -- I wonder if it will be optional.

Also, I am curious about the A pillar/windscreen -- it looks like the solid aluminum one on the 100EX concept.

I agree with The Artist, I will wait to see some other colours and more details before I can say whether I really love it or not.

I'm wondering that too, because wasn't the production version of the RR 100EX NOT supposed to have the aluminium front?

Quite a time ago my sources told me the wooden folded roof cover, and a two-tone exterior ala 100EX would make it into production.

It's a production car.

Yet I'm not sure the front is of a brushed aluminum. Could be just galvanized, or just (as my sources claimed) painted in a special metal-like paint.

Re: Rolls Royce Drophead convertible

Looks pretty cool in that blue color! But maybe there's too much Arnage Convertible in this car...Though, all British make similar-looking luxury convertibles...
