Actually Watermelon is the favourtie meal for Indian/Pakistany workers here especially during summer. Pakistanian workers have a weird habbit, they add salt to watermelon.

Milestone: First Phantom Drophead Coupes for Customers Exit Goodwood

GOODWOOD, England — If the first five buyers of the Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe are any indication, hot options are going to be the steel hood and the rear teak deck.

The company said that the five cars, destined for unnamed "customers around the world," all have the machine-brushed steel bonnet (hood) and the hand-sanded and waxed rear teak deck. The cars, which start at $407,000, were shipped July 20.

"We are now in full production to meet demand," said Ian Robertson, Rolls-Royce chairman and chief executive.

The Drophead Coupe is hand-built with an aluminum spaceframe and a five-layer fabric hood. It is powered by a 6.75-liter V12 that sprints from zero to 60 mph in 5.7 seconds.

What this means to you: Lucky are those whose names are on the Phantom's short list for delivery.

That truly is astounding. BMW probably never dreamed it would be that well received.

Hopefully Maybach will introduce a new vehicle really soon ......they must hate Rolls-Royce right now ....although I don't think they should; Rolls-Royce is proving that the market demand for ultra-exclusive luxury cars is very healthy right now.
