BMW M1 Concept by Monster - 06-18-2008, 10:57 AM

Did 2 sketches of my ideas of the BMW M1 concept. It is based on the M Homage concept but I change the front and the side to what I would want it to look like. The wheel design is a bit empty cause I can't think of a nice design for them.

Well done! I prefer the 1st drawing. The nostrils a a bit too big on in the second drawing.

Great job you did there, I wish I could draw like that. The front looks really agressive, but seems to be a little to ... hard to explain but it seems to go in a 90° angle if you would look from the side of the car (does that make any sense it is hard to explain what I think about it so I hope you understand). I like the hommage wheels, so imo they can stay. Overall line is nice, now try to make one from the back, so we can get a good overall view.

Thanks for the feedback, I increase the size of the nostrils in the 2nd one so the front will appear lower.

Yeah I know what you mean with the 90° angle, I try to get the inverted front end look or the reverse rake nose angle, but it doesn't incoperate well with this front 3/4 view. I will do the back end when I get more free time.

I see you're also bored in school!

Nice drawings, I'm drawing cars often too..Mostly BMW, Porsche and concept cars.

Good job Monster. I wish I had a fraction of your talent.

How about some concept MB's?
