I Bought a laptop yesterday and since I'm using a ligit windows copy I am now able to download IE7. So far is excellent and absolutley no pop ups penetrates though the pop ups filter, even when i visit realestniggas.com's messageboard which has internt's most evil popups. I have a few tabs and windows opened and the memory usage is right now at 139,428k.

I installed Firefox 2.0 and so far it's been absolutely great... I've got 2 windows open with 11 tabs each and the memory usage (90,000k) is approximately half of what it would have been with the older version. As for ads... there's always - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER.

I also recommend FasterFox (FF loads the sites much faster!), NoScriot (blocks Java ads; although many pages won't work properly - so you have to put them on "allow" list), and Image Zomm (zooming image within FF).
I also recomend to disable all automatic updates (FF, ad-ons, added toolbars eg. Google). FF is much more stabil then, and eating less memory.
I just love FF! Ver 2.0 is great - though it could have "new tab" button right beside last opened tab - just like IE7, and MS's multiple tabs view is also grat - I miss that in FF. Yet FF has better "close tab" system - you can close the tab without activating it - like in IE7.
