Beside making your friends drool the keyboard does have a very useful purpose. The whole idea of the keyboard is for it to change with which ever software you're using. If you're playing a game the letters will change into symbols representing different features or actions in the game. If you're using photoshop some of the symbols might turn into paint brushes, line draw etc. |
I'm sorry, but that is still rather pointless. I mean, how long does it take for you to learn to remember which keys control which actions?
The only real use for the feature that I could think of is changing between two alphabet sets - other than that, it's just an expensive toy. A nice one I wouldn't mind owning (not that I'd ever pay $1,500 for it), but a toy nevertheless.
