| Re: Mercedes CLS350 CGI debuts in Geneva Don't you just love reading a Mercedes-Benz press release on a new technology or new model? Just breathtaking for me at times. I like the wheels on this CLS also, looks like the ones from the new S-Class. The only thing I don't like here is that CGI badge, lose that. CDI, CGI, AMG, too many letters already reside on the other side of the trunklid, no need for letters to say anything about direct injection. People won't know what CGI means and the person driving the car will already know. Look out this engine will be placed into the ML350, CLK350, E350, R350, SLK350, CLS350 (obviously), and S350 before the year is out. We all know how Mercedes does this. We now have the hp numbers for the next generation C350 with this latest press release also. A 292hp C350 sport tuned right will be right. Funny we were all just talking about how slow MB and BMW were to adopt direct-injection for their petrol engines when we all know they know how to do it because they both sell a ton of diesels. This conversation was not more than 2 days ago, and poof! here it is for both BMW and Mercedes-Benz. M
