You're right! At the beginning I wasn't a fan of the steering wheels, but now, it doesn't look to bad - hope that there will be a wood option! Then it would be okay, but not as elegant as the current one!

I like the new steering wheel more than the old one. The new rear lights also look like an improvement.

The new rear lights are awesome.
The new steering...well it is very good looking! I'm surprised, it looks great actually! It adds a very welcomed touch of sportiness.

So the only thing is the new grille, on the one side it lightens the front and gives it a more sporty touch, on the other, well, it make it look,a bit empty and too thin maybe.

I think it must be seen IRL, it accentuates the contrast between the thin front and the high rear. The CLS is a car that is much better IRL than in pics, because its very special proportions can make it look a bit strange in some pics. IRL it however is truly amazing.

The more I look at the new steering the more I like it!!! I already prefers it to the old one!
The rear lights and exhaust also are a discreet but real improvement!

There will for sure be a wood/leather option of that steering wheel because it is the same one from SLK and there is the wood/leather option there.

I think Just_Me is a secret admirer of the CLS... he just won't admit.

Never liked this car and don't think facelift helped it either.

Not it is not "just me". CLS is my least favorite MB, even below R class. It is okay with the AMG package, but with out it is veritable banana on wheels.

Couldn't agree more.... And to be honest, I can hardly see any improvements over the first gen.. I'm not denying their there, but meh..
