Does anyone know if the Paris Show CL63 was "titanium" with the alu-beam process ? I initally thought it was Iridium Silver, but the more I looked the darker it got. Is there any information available about the implementation of the alu-beam paints in any other colors ?

Re: Titanium Grey

I think the CL550 MB brought by our dealership for training was tit. grey.
It looked like it had a lot lavender undertones to it.

I asked the MB rep at my dealer demo day about the availability of "alubeam" paint and he said "no, this CL550 is Iridium Silver". I don't think the "word" from the Paris Auto Show has made it to the "troops" yet. As usual, the readers of this and similar forums know more about the product than the paid employees
