This current design trend will last as long as these shapes work for the designers in their advancement of other designs that have yet to come. It's a T.D. quest to constantly spin and find ways of re-inventing the wheel, so to speak. Or in other words always experimenting with something new, pushing the envelope, doing what hasn't been done before. It's a tough job, and what you see is hardly ever the result of any one indviduals particular work, it's always a leadership led, collaborative efforts result. It's great fun to not only learn but to experience.

Ive been reading on many different carboards. The way I see there are many mixed feelings about the car. This car probably got more negative opinions than any other relesed MB I read about. The main complaint is about the rear, thats the least attractive part it seems.

Anyway, It feels good to see that its not only BMW people like to complain on

I don't see how people can conplain about the rear yet, there are no good pictures of it!

lol no revenge from me, I think the 6er and 7er are ugly, and so do alot of people. When they both first came out everyone was saying how BMW are going downhill etc, and bmw fans couldnt understand why, they thought we were jealous or something. Now mercedes makes this thing and its not the prettiest car in the world, maybe a slight disapointment or some people, but you MB fans just like the 6er and 7er fans cant seem to accept that, many people do indeed find this car ugly.

Basically what im saying were not saying negative things about this car to be spiteful.

I myself like it, but need to grow on it a bit thanks to that rear end.

yep that CL65 is just scary

i hope they realease the 65 along with the ordinary.. or maximum 1 month later..

Just like with the s-clas it won't be long before we see pictures of the CL with AMG package which shows us more or less what the 65 version is going to look like.
I bet the CL is going to be mad expensive but then again the car is unique and there is no other coupe like it.

the one right now costs 1050000 kroner..
Im guessing that the new CL 500 will be 1.1 million kroner..
