Re: New Citroen C5

Not a bad looking car, but there are so many hints of a lot of other cars, the shape of the side window is a bit Nissa Maxima, while the rear is a mix of Lexus GS with 1 series coupe tailights. I like the interior design, espically the top half of the dashboard design.

Second set of pictures is WAY too big, and my resolution is wicked high.

Resized them just a few seconds ago...

As for the car, I do agree with Monster. Looks like a Nissan Maxima mixed with a Lexus GS. I haven't any complaints about that though... Car looks pretty sharp.

Re: New Citroen C5

Not too bad. I don't like some details in the interior though. Looks like they are using asymmetric design just for the sake of it, not for ergonomics.

Re: New Citroen C5

Very similar to the concept exhibited at Frankfurt. My opinion on the design is positive. It looks much more interesting than a Passat or Camry. I'm feeling the interior design too.

Re: New Citroen C5

Really pretty, the most sexy middle sedan actually I think.

With no doubt the prettiest Citröen since a long time...

It however does not look like a Citröen at all, it lacks the Citröen-spirit (they lost it long ago, but here it looks like a Ford or VW or whatever).

It is very sexy though. Inside and outside the best-looking sedan of the category, better than Passat, Mondeo, Laguna and Cie.

Indeed it really looks like a Peugeot. It looks like a facelifted 407 from certain angles...

Re: New Citroen C5

Yes it does look nice, but the 64k dollar question is what is the build quality and reliability like ?

The previous C5 felt dreadfully poor quality inside.

The C6 seems to be great, but it is handbuilt, so we will have to wait and see with C5.

Same with the new Laguna. They are saying quality is so much better. Again, time will tell.
