They've got to try something new for once. If they stuck with the old lights people would hate on that too.

Hey! Y'know, just been a bit sour over the whole Tri-Nations, World Cup debarcle heh.

I do remember that BMW was here filming promo shots for the F01, although I wasn't lucky enough to see the car in the flesh.

I could understand the remoteness part of wanting to film here, but I'm unsure about the amazing scenery. The article states they were on the Auckland Harbour bridge, and it ain't the prettiest bridge in the world (its basically a copy of the Sydney Harbour bridge but smaller). I can think of about a thousand other places in NZ that would be far better. The cynic in me tells me that Porsche said: "oh, every other bridge in the world has been filmed, lets just go to New Zealand so that we can say we were the first to film at that location, on that bridge".

^ Yes, rumour has it that the new car will be slightly smaller, hopefully lighter but with better interior packaging and space.

Anything but this to be honest. It really does look Korean or something. Panamera tail lights are ugly, but Cayenne 2 is far worse. Just look at that pic posted by BMer....yucckkk

Hopefully enough criticism from people will make Porsche do a better job in LCI model.

Below the Cayenne, the strategists see good chances for a second crossover that is also being developed within the group. As a partner of choice is the Audi Q5 - either an already 2012 ready version of the current model from 2016 or a derivative of the successor. Thus, the Porsche brand through these networks with Audi carries away any damage to their image, to the evolution of sovereignty over design and technology, announced to the equipment the highest possible degree of autonomy. But back to the new Cayenne, which comes in the summer of 2010, almost simultaneously with the Touareg's successor on the market. Der nächste Q7 folgt dagegen erst 2013. The next Q7 follows, however, only 2013th Trotz kaum veränderter Plattform und Fahrzeugstruktur wollen Insider von deutlich niedrigeren Gewichten wissen – bis zu 250 Kilo sollen der Abmagerungskur zum Opfer fallen. Despite hardly changed platform and vehicle structure insiders want to know from much lower weights - up to 250 pounds will fall victim to the slimming down. Because the dimensions remain practically the same, the engineers have to get the desired space gain elsewhere. For example, the streamlined dashboard, the newly designed rear seat and the efficient design of the vehicle floor including cargo space. Of course, the appearance is in accordance aufgehübscht - for better aerodynamics, more athleticism and a less evil eye in the rearview mirror of the man in front.

Motor-driven, it stays with the mix of V6 and V8 engines. There will be three of bought-cylinder Audi: 3.0 V6 TFSI with 300 bhp, 3.0 V6 TDI with 250 and later even 300 hp, 3.0-V6-Hybrid TSI with 350 hp. These known from the current series of eight initially come with 400 and 500 hp. When Turbo S 575 HP are visualized - if only to annoy, to X5 M and ML 63 AMG too.

Nice pics. The big question is are they really going to end production of this model?
