Hmmm, well there is a real question mark now as to whether some people should be banned from driving certain cars. I am con vinced that many people lack the hand/eye coordination skills to drive such a car properly.
It is not just power, but the power to weight ratio which causes problems. 600 hp in a big, heavy Bentley is OK for more people than in a lightweight Porsche.
Of course, if everyone stuck to the road rules you could have a 1,000 hp engine in a 1,200 kg car and there would not be an issue...but then again, who am I to talk...?

I shouldn't speculate but when the facts are that:
1. The driver was a woman who was not the owner of the car
2. The owner was not in the car
3. She only made it for 1km before crashing
and from the picture it looks like night-time, my thoughts drift towards the possibility of some rich guy with a CGT trying to impress a girl and allows her to take a spin in the car....maybe alcohol had something to do with it too...
