***Mühldorfer Classic Car Show (Part 4)*** (56K Warning)

Volkswagen Kübelwagen as used by the German Wehrmacht in World War II. The owner of this baby was able to trace a portion of the cars history. It was built in late 1942 and shipped to Africa where the history trail goes cold. The engine in the rear is not the original engine but a 1.2-l air-cooled VW Beetle engine.

Triumph TR2 is memory serves me right. Someone correct me if I am wrong please.

Ford Granada and Volkswagen Derby

I just love these Mercedes' W114/W115s. Gorgeous.

Opel Diplomat, which used a 5.7-l Chevrolet V8 if memory serves me right.

Classic Honda Civic. It's rare to find Japanese cars at the European classic car shows.

The beautiful Alfa Romeo Alfetta. Amazing, no rust!

Opel City Kadett and a Mercedes W114/W115 E-Class.

Mercedes W114/W115 E-Class (digging the color)

Mercedes S123 Estate. The W123 is my favorite Mercedes. I'd be happy with a sedan, coupe or estate, 200D or 280E, it doesn't matter!

Junk Opel Diplomat for sale for those hardcore enthusiasts who need spare parts or want to fix this baby up.

Cadillac Fleetwood Special? This thing was huge! What's the fuel economy on this thing!?

There were a lot of Mercedes W123s here. Hands down the best Mercedes ever built!

A Mercedes W123 (I think it was a 250 6-cyl.) with an Opel Manta

Opel Comodore Wagon, or a Rekord? I always screw up my older Opels!

Another VW Kübelwagen and a VW Iltis.

Another one of my favorite oldschool Benzes, the C107 SLC Coupes. Everybody was dying for the R107 SL and completely ignored this car. Hence, on the classic car market, these babies are available for really cheap prices.

Mercedes 200D (Fintail W111) and a Glas Goggomobil TS400 Coupe with a 400cc 2-cylinder engine and around 20-horsepower. Very popular car in post-World War II Germany.

BMW 535i

Various BMWs

This was hot! An Alpina BMW B7 Turbo!

Alfa Romeo GT and Opel Commodore

Chevrolet Corvette Stingray with a hot BMW 5er next to it.

Steyr-Fiat

END OF PART 4

Opel Rekord Caravan C.

Alfa Romeo Alfetta Berlina. Aldo Moro used to have one of these as an escort car. The one above is the model built from 1972 to 1980.
