Every news story I hear about GM or Ford they always speak about how interior levels are up to top notch quality, then you see the fruition of their so called "labor" and it's no real improvement, just more like a modest effort. I really have no idea what keeps them from bringing their concept interiors to reality, I guess their budgets really are that tight.

Cadillac has a long way to go before reaching German standards in manufacturing and quality. SRX , CTS and STS are simply not well build enough and don't have the same attention to detail with a German luxury car. On the other hand the materials look more pleasing to the eye than in most Acura and Lexus models.
