linguatronic for Sydney street names

For those of you in Sydney, when I took delivery of my w204, linguatronic didn't recognise street names. My friend just recently took delivery of a new C and he's vaguely told me that street names and suburbs do work on his command system....he got an AMG, however, I'm guessing the command system should be the same.

I haven't been able to confim this on his car, so wondering if anyone in Sydney (or aust) has this working.

I've rang quite a few dealers and none of them are aware that the command system could detect street names, however, they've said if there was an upgrade to the software required, I would be able to go in and they'd do it free of charge.

We took dleivery in Brisbane just about 2 months ago. You cannot just say the name, but you can now spell the name. Still much more convenient then using the control knob. This is an upgrade on what the system was capable of previously. As far as I know, just saying the name, is not possible on our Aussie Commands. Not just yet at least. I look forward to when the upgrade is available though.
