Anyway, it must be explained in the manual of the car, where the battery of the different models are placed and what this case in the trunk is for! |

Petrol engined ones have them in the engine compartment underneath what I would describe as an odd shaped black plastic cover with circular swirls, normally on the passenger side, I wonder why they put it there. Connectors to facilitate jump starting can be found close to the battery.>> Thank you. I guess I will have to dream up some kind of padded storage box for the unused trunk battery mount. As to the odd shaped black plastic cover up front, that's where the cabin air filter lives, just as in the W203 and right over the battery. |
