Colors

Hi!
With so many greys avaiable, I'm a little confused about whitch is whitch.
I think it is like this:

Iridium

Palladium

Cubanit

Tenorit

Can anyone tell me if I'm correct? And also, is the pictures below Iridum or palladium? I just can't tell... (they look diferent but it is the exact same car)

Thanks for the help!

Re: Colors

Very good question. I've never realise, that these are all colours with a combination of grey.

Maybe the following can help you a little bit...

Mercedes-Benz Deutschland - Personenwagen - C-Klasse Limousine - 360° Ansichten

Re: Colors

Thanks ree, that helped to clarify whitch color is whitch.
But I still don't know what color is that in the last two photos I posted. In the first (of the last two) it looks more like "palladium silver", but in the second one (the last one) it looks more like "iridium silver". The fact is that this colors seem to change under diferent light conditions, and it can be a little confusing. In some photos the "tenorit grey" even looks like some king of green to me. I really like the car in those last two photos, and when I put a photo of a car that is clearly "iridium silver" next to a clearly "palladium silver" one, I almost allways think the "iridum" looks better, however, there are some photos, like this ones, that are the ones I like the most, but I'm not really sure what color it is. I hope it is "iridium"...
Anyone who can tell for sure?

Re: Colors

it is hard question
I have same dilemma

I think third one is Steel Grey ( some countries gives different name tenorite grey is palladium here )

my hard choise ;

1- palladium silver
2- iridium silver (it is every time looks clear and best market colour )
3-Steel grey (you called it Tenorite)

my current car is ObsidianBlack and it hard to me too much

Re: Colors

yep, it is a really hard choice. I've ordered a iridum silver one, but I've thought about it for weeks... my second choice was the steel grey. I think the steel grey is the prettiest colour, but I wanted the AMG kit and it kind off looks better in the lighter colors. I still can change the colour, that's why I want to know if that I'm asking is iridium.
By the way, did any of you ever saw a blue one with the AMG kit on it? I've never even saw a photo, that's why I didn't considered the colour. It was one of my favorites in the w203...

Re: Colors

the last 2 are palladium and iridium respectively.

i think palladium looks great if u don't mind a black or grey interior, because I prefer a beige or lighter interior, palladium doesn't seem to go well for me. I guess you should choose your fave interior trim first, then work out what to choose on the exterior, since afterall, you'll be seeing the inside more than the outside

tenorite and cubanite are also great choices, especially cubanite for the elegance and classic models and tenorite for the advantgarde model

Yes, that's what seems to me too, but it is two diferent shots of the exact same car, that's why I can't tell what color it is...
By the way, I agree that the combinations you suggested look's great. I've gone with the all black interior, and it also looks good with the tenorite exterior.

Re: Colors

wow haha, i didn't notice they were the same if u didn't tell me

i'd say it's iridium silver since the first pic seems to be covered with a shadow, which would make it hard to identify.. but the second pic with so much white light, though may make it seem lighter than usual, should be fairly accurate~ and the 2nd pic is iridum, so i'd say the vehicle is iridium

but that's just my guess

I've also considered white, but I intend to keep the car for a long time, and I was affraid I could get tired of it, or that white may be just a temporary fashion, despite the fact I agree that it is one of the most best looking colours for the AMG kit. I'm now thinking of changing it to blue. I think it really looks great in the colours simulator ree indicated in a previous post.
