I just read the things stuff on the net. Sounds a bit nerdy but that is life of a mechanical engineering student.

initially, i thought the intelligent lighting system included the moving internal reflectors~ but does it?..

hav u heard about that?
MB Australia didn't mention anything specific about that package, and the salesman doesn't have a clue, I asked them when I visited the dealership last week to get our car serviced. I think MB Australia has done the sensible thing and combine everything into one. Last year MB Australia still charges the cornering headlight function on top of the Bi-xenon headlight option for cars such as the E-class, which I think is an obvious attempt to get more cash from customers who doesn't really care about $.

Not sure if it has been posted elsewhere, but was reading on drive.com that the ADR as applies to vehicle ride height has been modified, which means that we will now be getting the previously unavailable optional advanced agility control and sports (AMG) suspension packs.

Excellent news.

Best

Re: C-class launch in Australia

yay, finally the Australian regulators have done some work
i'm still waiting for the flashing tail lights to be approved though

i've also read recently on drive.com.au article (Mercedes-Benz C200K - drive.com.au) and on other media reports claiming that the C-class in Australia is made in South Africa. While on their search engine it says they're from Germany. Can someone clarify this? Or did the editor have the wrong info.
