It looks like it could be a mini-S-class once again, perhaps with the absence of huge wheel arches.

But 2008? Wow, the current C-class is going to get whipped in the meantime. IMO.

E class facelift early 2006/mid 2006

That time frame sounds pretty good vivaki.

Any news on what to expect, new developments etc., for the facelifted E and new C?

Will the C debut with the camless engines or will they come later on?

I doubt that technology is ready yet, perhaps by its facelift. If they do debut it I will be very surprised as they introduced a nice lineup of new V6s already.
