It's difficult to describe a "Dry" typeface without getting into a academic discussion that would be about as exciting as watching paint dry. The best I can put it is to say that "Dry" type lacks context, and is poorly weighted against its surroundings. I just like to get on my soapbox about this because Mercedes has done a beautifully consistent job with their instrument clusters in the past, but have messed with the forumla in the past years with flat results. | |
