Proving that no one is above the law when it comes to illegal parking, even owners of million dollar exotics, a Manchester City parking inspector has ticketed an illegally parted Bugatti Veyron in front of a crowd of spectators. People started to gather once it was revealed the car was left illegally in a loading bay. Eventually, a parking inspector arrived and the group cheered as the car was ticketed with a £60 ticket fine.

The 30-something driver eventually turned up and quickly got into his car and left as the crowd watched on, reports The Sun. While it’s easy to feel for exotic car owners when their pride and joy is spit on or vandalized while parked in a proper space, it’s hard to excuse a Veyron owner the price of a parking meter or the time it takes to walk a block or two.
If you’re driving one of the world’s fastest and most exclusive cars then a little care should be taken when parking, even if only to avoid harassment like that mentioned above. Luckily for the owner the car was only ticketed and not towed. Imagine what could happen if the car was taken to some unsecured holding lot.

100 % jealousy because the car is so beautiful and expensive and they cant afford it so there gonna say something right?

I would dare the owner to do something like that in the US, his car would have been towed away within 45min. Further more I don't understand why the crowd cheers, it's not like the owner is getting PWND or anything like that. The car belongs to a guy sitting on a few hundreds of millions, that 40 pound ticket he got is like a grain of sugar to him.

I've witnessed a similar scenario (minus the cheering crowd) in my trip to Paris. This guy was getting a ticket for double parking... note he didn't double park for 5 minutes or something, he was gone a long while.





... but think about it, do you think these guys really care about a parking ticket ?!

OFCOURSETHEY DO BECAUSE THEY HAVE OTHER THINGS ON THERE MINDS THEN THIS BECAUSE THERE GONNA HAVE TO GO ALL THE WAY TO COURT AND DO THINGS AND MABY THEY DONT HAVE TIME RIGHT

Just because it's funny. It's got nothing to do with jealousy. It's like that one video where the Veyron runs out of gas. Hell I'd be there pointing and laughing too. It's got nothing with me not having a Veyron... ok that would be a plus

They don't, which is why they are much stricter in the US when it comes to ticket. There are some very wealthy people who won't care about ticket, so if you have parked illegally or inappropriately they tow your car. My friend's car was towed and we had to use my go to drive to a place which was 30 minutes away and pick the car up. We picked it up within three hours and had to pay $180, if we had picked it up after 6 hours the bill would have been $400. Very good system if you ask me.

Exactly. You buy a Veyron but you can't buy time for parking meter or enough gasoline.
