You are right Marcus, it would be a very difficult task. I would hate it to look like a Veyron crossed with a Phantom. I also never really like the EB 218 concept much.

You know what though Marcus, I think Cadillac did achieve something pretty wonderful with the Sixteen concept. If only they would build the damn thing!

Yeah, the Rolls-Royce Phantom and Maybach 62 have both lifted the bar for high-end luxury cars, the Royale should be something that people consider to be in a league above those cars.

BTW, I love the wheels used on the EB 218 concept, notice they are very similar (albeit much smaller) to the 1930s design.

Mmm there are various ways VAG can customize Bentley and Bugatti's future lineups. The fact remain that both companies are close in terms of philosophy, though Bentley is slightly more luxury orientated while Bugatti is leaning towards the performance end.

At the moment there is seem to some uncertainty in the VAG as to what to do with Bugatti. Since a mid-engined Gallardo competitor has been ruled out a sedan wouldn't be such a bad idea. There is plenty of room in the 300-900 price spectrum.
