This time, the nail is in the coffin. According to Bugatti's new CEO Franz-Josef Paefgen, there will not be a Bugatti model priced below the $1.4 million Veyron. "There will be no smaller Bugatti," Paefgen assured The Car Connection in the most blunt denial to date. If a second car comes to market, it will be in the same market segment as the current car." Leaving no room for misinterpretation, Paefgen stated the second model would be "extremely exclusive" with overall unit production in the "hundreds, not thousands." [Source: LLN]
