It's interesting that this new version, with the 295 hp-Cayman S engine isn't faster than the old one (280 hp).

The new one is faster but he power difference is so marginal that it takes a very skilled driver or a very comprehensive lap tests to notice much different between them, but it's non the less a very nice upgrade. The facelifted model launching next year will come with even more power. Hopefully around 320hp to bring down the acceleration time to under 5 second.
