I also think that nagashima isn't interested. he's very competent, but I've met him in person and he's a very quiet guy. I can't imagine him doing any press stuff or giving any interviews. As a head of exterior design, he will have to.

Chris Chapman! how could I forget him? of course he would be a good choice too.

last I knew about Markefka is that he was at Rolls Royce, but who knows?

Steve Mattin just left Volvo.. hmmm

Well, if he is responsible for the Volvo XC60, I think he did a great job. That car is more beautiful than either Q5, X3 or GLK Probably doesn't drive as good as the Germans, but it sure looks better ( <--- I thought I would never say that of a Volvo )

he was. as well as the S60 Concept, thus the next S60.
At mercedes he penned the design of the current pre-facelift SL, the current M-Class, the previous S-Class and the first A-Class.
