Holy sht that's right next to the Kremlin. When I lived in Moscow, that was one of the busiest streets and it's pretty close to all the expensive hotels...

Alright who did BMW pay off?

Not sure about BMW. There was a giant 1-Series coupe banner, but purely a 2-dimensional image. And you're right about MINI.
