Vedjo's wet dream *E30 with V10, E90 suspension*

Welcome to the build of the 1988 Franken BMW M3. The car is a current project of Piper Motorsport, which started September of 2007. The idea behind this project is to improve all characteristics of the car in a very different, never done before sorta way. How is that possible by adding a bulky V10? To make a long story short, this is completed by using all new OEM E90 front/rear sub frames and suspension pieces. These items will be assembled on a chassis jig to fit within the stock body of an 88 M3. After many modifications to the front sub frame and fire wall we will place a new OEM M5 aluminum V10 power plant. With the design of the chassis and proper placement of the engine this will be a one of a kind well balanced car with a reliable 500hp and great handling characteristics. Have a look for yourself! Enjoy the build.

Andeas, very thoughtfull of you to make such a thread..
OK,you deserve some karma points..but I can´t give any right now(bugger )..so,be patient..
And about this project..hmm,it could work but I´m not really fan of putting big engines under the hood..I would rather see 6-cylinder conversion than this..Atleast,it would be much cheaper to build ..Anyway,we´ll see !!
