Rnds and DARK CHILD: .. what can i say .. thanx for the extra oridinary care ..

now what i have to do is to decide to take it on loan or simply sell some of my stocks to get the cash .. im confused again .. the company that im going to join (telecom company) will offer me arround 30K $ as a car loan with zero interest .. i might consider it .. but it takes time for that process .. almost 6 month ..

Rnds .. do u mind sharing me ur thoughts ? if u had the money in cash .. what would u prefer ... Invest that money in the stock market which is rapidly growing here in UAE or just take the car ... my father used to do that trick ... he buy the car on loan even if he has the money for it ... and invest the same amount of money in stocks or some real estate .. usually in 2 or 3 years time u could get a profit to cover ur car price .. as i already mentioned .. UAE is a growing market in all aspects ..

so .. ur opinion will be highly appreciated ..

That is a very personal matter for you MJaaFY, I was watching a business report on BBC world two weeks ago about how well the stock market in the UAE was doing - so given the prosperous circumstances, maybe your father's trick might work, but of course there are never any guarantees with investing so you have to watch the markets carefully for changing circumstances etc..

Also, that $30K zero interest loan is very tempting - but if I had the cash, I would invest the money and wait - maybe, if things go well, you might be able to buy the S-class after all.

I think you need to decide how much you really need your CLS right now, or if you can wait for a couple of years when you will probably be in a much stronger economic position. It's completely up to you - you appear to be a very intelligent and sensible young man MJaaFY, I am sure you will do what you think is best.

Rnds: thanx for the advice .. but man what im gonna spend for a car .. is almost 30% of what i own .. btw some of my stocks are from the begining are aimed for a new car .. it was part of the plan .. while others will be a long term investment and to secure my future ...

what i thought of .. since im a fan of GC .. is to have some self reward and start a new career life .. its not like something i will die if i don't get .. but u know .. sometimes u need to reward ur self ..

the last 5 years i was studying and investing my money at the same time ... but the last 2 years it was a turning point in the uae market .. and most of "smart" investors have gained much more in a very short period of time ..

sorry i don't want u to deal with all those stuff i know its too detailed .. just wanted to share my ideas with u ..

OK then, I think you should sell some stock and buy your CLS 500 - if you have the money and you really want that car then that's what I would do.
