Personally, I don't think the Enterprise design has moved on enough through the generations. It always seems to be an evolutionary rehash of the same old theme. Star Trek needs to get their act together - if they continue going down this road then we'll be sure to see consumers flocking to Imperial Star Destroyers (their interiors are just sooo much better) and Galactica models (not as modern inside but eminently functional and robust - with a full complement of Vipers too).

I guess this is off-topic and far removed from the A4, but I tend to agree. I still think that the E looked like a natural progression (more modernized) than the A. However B and E have been just poor replicas. C (shown only in 1 episode I think) just looked sad and out of context.

Loved the old Galactica and still do...
