  First Official Images of Production Chevy Volt Leak Out The unveiling wasn't expected until next week, but that doesn't stop the leak happy sites from gaining a little extra Street-Cred by publishing images early. This time the credit goes to Car Connection after they published these images of the Chevrolet Volt in full production with some rather unimpressive models standing by the side of it. The Volt is arguably the most important car in General Motors history, success could see the automotive giant return to the top of the auto sales tree but failure would put the very existence of the company in doubt. GM have released a number of teaser images over the past weeks and months and we even got a glimpse of the model making a surprise appearance on the set of the Transformers 2 movie but now we get to see much of the model in its full glory. Considering the technical aspects of this car, I think it looks great. This car has to work and work right from day one. I hope they got it right. M |

Once again WCFs are showing how much they have deteriorated as a credible auto site. That's not a production version, it's a near production ready concept. Much of the eye-candy details on that car won't make it to production. |
