so anyone who slaps on some wheels with their name on them and lowers the car can call it their own tuning "program"? i think tuners should put more effort into this kind of stuff if they ever want to compete with the likes of Brabus, Alpina, or MTM.

The A8 is one car all tuners have to leave alone. It is going against its principles tuning it.

I love the A8 the way it is without anything. However, I have come to realize that tuners are popping up everywhere. All you need to do is put a suspension, some aerokit and you can call yourself a tuner because of that. Wow, what has the world come to.

I personally think a tuner is one that can provide interior, exterior, engine, suspension, etc. work, all in one package.

That's what I was thinking as well. If I added a spoiler, changed the suspension and got some new rims, that wouldn't make me a tuner would it. In my mind, tuners such as the ones you listed above actually change the character of the cars.
